Most of the people from Granit enjoy their current assignment well. We would like assignments to support our own career development even more and we would hope to be able to influence them more than at present.

There were many opinions about the relevance of one's own work. Meaningfulness was interpreted in different ways among different respondents, but the experience of success in particular came to the fore. The experience of success was strengthened by the utilization of own expertise in solutions, the feedback received from the customer and the continuation of the customership.

The majority of Graniitti residents feel that they will be respected. In particular, receiving and giving feedback, being equally noticed regardless of location, and recognizing professional skills were felt to be important.

Receiving feedback was perceived to be easy, but giving it was more challenging. In terms of giving feedback, we hoped for activity from both ourselves and others. In particular, the feedback received from customers was felt to be important and the process of collecting it was hoped to be developed.
