I am a development professional who knows how to look at things from many different perspectives: customer needs, business opportunities, product and service development, management and the possibilities of IT in operational development. I can grasp the "big picture" and have an analytical approach. My strength is the ability to look at things both on a strategic level and in the light of practical everyday solutions. I have experience in business development, productization of services from the point of view of business models and earning logic: how to position the service in the market and how to use business networks, what kind of product and service selection should be, so that it would benefit and interest customers and form a unified whole for the customer. I also have experience in developing operations and services from another perspective: analyzing and developing business processes and using IT as an essential part of business, product and service management.. 

My experience includes operational planning from business needs to project planning and IT solution development, change management and leadership, and cost benefit analyses. I have worked in international projects and supervised subcontracting. My clients have been private companies and public administration organizations.
