I am an operational development professional who takes into account how IT can be utilized in the best possible way to support operations. My task is to review the initial situation, find new opportunities and new operating models. Alongside this analysis and development work, sparring and mentoring clients and colleagues suit my nature. 

Implementing innovations and planning and purchasing digital services are my core competencies. I have solid experience and expertise in public sector procurement and their special features.

I have years of experience in business development from different perspectives: operating models, earning and financing models, business networks, sales, marketing, procurement preparation, development of operating processes and interaction with the customer. I have often acted as a "fireman" who gets stuck development projects moving forward again. 

I approach things with curiosity and open-mindedness and bring to the project a long experience combined with fresh knowledge. I always want to help the customer succeed! Cooperation and interaction with customers is important to me. My role is, on the one hand, to bring out the vision of the new operation and, on the other hand, to find very practical solutions for the customer's situation. I live strongly in the work I do, I actively look for solution options and I resolutely implement the ideas agreed together.
