I was involved in founding Graniitti and acted as the CEO, responsible for our people, as well as for developing the company in the right direction, growth and profitability first.

Before Graniitti, I have extensive experience in several different business sectors. I started my working career with a telecom operator, in between I worked in an international IT company in customer assignments in several different business areas, such as industry and retail. In my last assignments, I have been in charge of projects mainly in banks and the financial industry.

As a project and project manager, I have been responsible for needs mapping, tenders and delivery projects all the way to commissioning and maintenance. In my working career, I have also worked, e.g. as a service manager, and as a personal supervisor of experts.

Working in several organizations in different business areas has given me a strong understanding of a wide variety of business needs. I am familiar with international multi-supplier projects, I have built offshore and nearshore teams and been responsible for their operations. In addition, I have been involved in the digital development of business operations for years.

My strengths are leading people, problem-solving skills, tackling things, simplifying them, and getting things done.
