I have worked in the financial industry for almost 20 years in various roles, including international environments. For the past 10 years, I have been involved in developing products and services for banks in agile roles, as well as serving as a Key Account Manager. I have a strong background in customer relationship management, financing for both individuals and businesses, customer lifecycle, and knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements related to banking.

I have worked on projects of various sizes and am well-versed in both agile and traditional project management methodologies. For me, the key aspects of projects include understanding the purpose of the project, ensuring open and timely communication, and leading both people and work in the right direction.
