How do we ensure the well-being and resilience of employees?

We have had the pleasure of being able to constantly increase our team with new and competent people from Granit. The well-being of our employees is of primary importance to us, and we actively take care that they are doing well. We offer our employees the best possible conditions and the support they need to work. We strongly believe that with the help of satisfied employees, we can best produce added value for our customers.

Staff satisfaction as a priority

At the end of last year, we did a staff satisfaction survey, where we got the overall grades: (8.7/10) and the eNPS result (9.4/10). This shows that Granit people enjoy their work and appreciate Graniitti as an employer. 

People Lead organization

At us, PeLets, or People Leads, act in the role of immediate supervisors for the members of their own team. PeLe's most important task is to support and help a colleague to succeed in their work. Regular 1 to 1 discussions and constant sparring are an essential part of PeLe activities and an everyday way to stay up to date on a person's strengths and comfort. 

The personnel's own competence network HeKa

It has been particularly important for us to actively develop our skills and learn from each other, so based on this, our own internal skills network called Mental Growth (HeKa) has been born. We regularly organize trainings and learning events within our network so that everyone can develop and share their skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the field. The last theme at our network meeting was artificial intelligence!

Doing together

Togetherness is important to us, even though we work flexibly both in the office and remotely. This means we may not see each other as often as we would like. By actively organizing different joint activities, such as varying theme weeks, sports hobbies and joint breakfasts, we have wanted to increase people's encounters in and outside the office.

Comfortable premises and work flexibility 

We have wanted to invest in the comfort and practicality of our office to ensure that the working conditions are the best possible. About a year ago, we chose a location for our office in Keilaniemi, which is located next to excellent transport connections. There are plenty of lunch restaurants and other versatile services in Keilaniemi.
