I am a positive, open and systematic project management professional. I have over 20 years of experience in application development and application development projects. Managing ICT projects and programs in both a waterfall environment and an agile operating environment is very familiar to me. In addition to my project and project manager roles, I have worked as an application developer and team leader.

I have also led teams of project professionals, overseeing the recruitment of project managers, competence development, supplier management, and the development of project management methods in an agile SAFe environment. As a Customer Service Manager within a supplier organization, I was responsible for the production, deliveries, supervision, and management of development projects for several systems.  

My particular strengths are my organizational skills, communication and leadership skills. Leading people has always been close to my heart.
