The first competence network of the year, HeKa (Mental Growth), was kicked off with a current theme: "Generative artificial intelligence". Generative artificial intelligence has developed enormously recently, and we decided to learn more about it together. We went through e.g. benefits, challenges, different tools and methods, as well as safety risks and a responsibility perspective. 

One of the topics of discussion was artificial intelligence hallucinations. Hallucinations are phenomena in which artificial intelligence produces answers that appear to be true, but are not. 

Prompts are used to talk with generative artificial intelligence. Clear and precise prompts reduce the risk of incorrect answers and improve the quality of content produced by artificial intelligence.

When using artificial intelligence, it is important to pay special attention to data security. It must be ensured that the data being processed is properly protected and that sensitive information is not shared with public artificial intelligence. In addition, it is important to choose reliable and secure artificial intelligence solutions that meet the company's information security standards.

Finally, we also consider the responsibility aspect of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence uses a considerable amount of energy and it would be important to optimize its use so that it produces the greatest possible benefit in relation to energy consumption.

Recently, new artificial intelligence applications and interfaces have been published, also for project management. It is essential to learn to recognize the repetitive tasks that artificial intelligence could handle and thus improve the efficiency of our work.
