I am satisfied that, despite the challenging market situation, in the financial period that ended in February, we achieved a growth of about ten percent and maintained our profitability at a fairly good level. The competition was tight during the accounting period, and the caution of customers due to the general economic situation was reflected, for example, in decision-making delays. However, the first quarter of the current financial year has been good for us and has strengthened the positive outlook for the autumn.
Graniitti and Conversatum merged their businesses on March 1, 2024, which can be considered the most significant change of the season. Graniit's and Conversatum's services complement each other well and enable a seamless service chain for our customers. From Conversatum, we received excellent solution consulting expertise and a solid foothold for the public sector. This nicely complements Graniiti's operations, which are mainly focused on private sector project business. After the merger, we are 35 rock-hard professionals. It is good to continue our controlled growth in the autumn also in the number of personnel, of course without compromising on expertise.

In the current economic period 2024-2025, we are aiming for a turnover of €6M, from which our growth target will continue in 2026 to a turnover of €10M. Our operating profit target is 10–15 %, so the commonly used term profitable growth best describes our financial target.
In the last couple of years, we have done responsibility work in our company, from which we have also modified the service sold to our customers. At Graniit, we crystallized our own idea of responsibility in a term a future-proof company, which we all build together.
